Returns and ExchangesFor EZ Returns call 800-339-6704. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number or you can click here to get your RMA number immediately. Please fully complete the return/exchange form included with your order. If you no longer have it, you can download a copy here: Return/Exchange form. Everything in our catalog and on our website is unconditionally guaranteed for 14 days. To return any item, ship it back to us via USPS insured mail or FedEx. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, please send it to us as requested above. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Customer will be billed for all additional shipping charges ie: exchanges, re-ship and return. - Cosmetics that have been opened or used are not returnable. - Perfumes that have been opened or used are not returnable. - Shoes must be tried on indoors, preferrably on carpeting, and while wearing socks, to be eligible for return or exchange. Shoes must be sent back in new, resellable condition to be valid as shoes are to be restocked to be shipped to other customers. Shoes that are returned cannot have wear, dirt, dust or animal hair on the interior or exterior. Returns must accompany all original packaging. -Special custom orders for shoes or other products we do not normally carry are not eligible for credit or exchange. - If products are returned in unsatisfactory condition and cannot be resold in "like new" or unused condition and/or in time far exceeding the 14 day return limit the product will be returned to you at your expense and credit will not be issued. - Credits to credit card accounts will be issued anywhere from 10-14 days from the time your order is received at our warehouse. - All returned items are subject to a restocking fee (that is if your order was originally correct) - All itmes must be retuned with original packaging and labels. - Sale and Clearance Items that qualify for return or exchange will be issued store credit. - Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price.
