Since 1992 Of The Earth’s Founders and Designers Hélène Bisnaire and Richard Ziff have followed their calling by integrating their love for fashion, music, art, travel, organic farming, spirituality and all that is natural. Drawn together by similar interests, Hélène and Richard began a romance with alternative and organic textiles. Working as partners in business and life, they co-founded Of The Earth in 1992, dedicated to the concept that fine organic and alternative fiber apparel was the wave of the future. How We Live

With headquarters in Bend, Oregon, Of the Earth is now nestled in the dormant volcanic mountains of the Central Oregon high desert. This natural environment is an excellent reminder of our roots and how important it is to play an active role in helping maintain and protect all natural environments. For this reason, OTE has established the Of the Earth Foundation, donating ten percent of its annual net profit to humanitarian and environmental causes.
